Presidential inauguartion is under way in Minsk
The situation has not changed
Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s inauguration is starting in Minsk Independence Palace.
More than a thousand guests have been invited to the inauguration, BELTA reports. Lukashenka will plead allegiance and sign the corresponding document. Festive events will be organized in the National Flag Square.
