Observers from 16 OSCE countries will arrive in Minsk on August, 31, reports BelTA. 11 experts are already in Minsk, waiting for 36 more, reports TUT.BY. And these are only the long-term observers. The list of the experts can be found on the official OSCE/ODIHR website. 400 short-term observers will arrive right before the elections.
