Lazavik accuses "some observers" of conflicts at polling stations

Some Belarusian presidential election observers are trying to provoke conflicts at polling stations, CEC spokesman Mikalai Lazavik announced. 

There have been conflicts between observers and election committee members in Minsk and in the provinces, the official said.
