Jacques Faure, a French diplomat is appointed Head of Observers’ Mission for the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights at OSCE, reports BelTA. His past positions include being the Ambassador of France in Ukraine and a co-Chairman of the Minsk OSCE group on Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict regulation.
