Зарплаты белорусов только к декабрю смогут превысить USD 400
The situation has not changed
По данным Белстата, в сентябре средняя заработная плата в Беларуси впервые с марта 2012 года опустилась ниже отметки в USD 400 и составила USD 388,6.
Основные причины – девальвация национальной валюты и сохранение негативных тенденций в экономике страны. Кратковременное повышение зарплаты (выше USD 400) может состояться в декабре, когда на предприятиях осуществляются премиальные выплаты по итогам работы за год, после чего зарплата сократится до уровня USD 350-380 в месяц. Однако на фоне прогнозируемого усиления конкуренции на рынке труда, в том числе, в низкооплачиваемых видах деятельности, дальнейшего сокращение численности занятых в промышленности и строительстве, зарплатные ожидания населения будут снижаться.
