Расширен перечень товаров и услуг, за которые можно расплатиться валютой в Беларуси – торговля нефтепродуктами и сжиженным газом на АЗС, туристические, медицинские и образовательные услуги физлицам- нерезидентам, продажа новых автомобилей.
Комментарий
Национальный банк мотивирует данное решение необходимостью “привлечения в экономику Беларуси валютных средств населения (включая физических лиц-нерезидентов)”. Стоит отметить, ранее власти Беларуси последовательно сокращали сферы использования валюты во внутренних расчетах, аргументируя это борьбой за дедолларизацию, чем причиняли определенные неудобства иностранцам. Однако в текущей ситуации действия НБ РБ являются логичными и оправданными.
