An unprecedented situation is developing in Belarus: medical workers are subjected to reprisals, dismissals and detentions right during the COVID-19 pandemic for opposing violence and joining the protests in support of their detained colleagues. Why do doctors protest? How does the Belarusian Medical Solidarity Foundation work?
