The situation has not changed
Население Беларуси сократило размер своих рублевых сбережений в национальной банковской системе на BYR 6,1 трлн. или на 13,4% за декабрь 2014 года.
Выведенные средства были направлены на валютный рынок и не вернулись в банки в виде значительного прироста валютных депозитов. С учетом продолжающегося ослабления курса белорусского рубля по отношению к корзине валют ожидается дальнейшее сокращение рублевых депозитов, даже если снижение процентных ставок будет приостановлено. Отток валютных депозитов может привести к запрету на досрочное расторжение валютных депозитных договоров и усугублению ситуации на валютном рынке.
